Staff Changes

We are really sorry that Michele Mc Ilvenny will be leaving us at the end of this term and wish her well for the future.
Congratulations to Lisa Cawley and Jo Welfare who have completed their NVQ level 3 child care course and to Caroline Baker who has completed her NVQ level 2 in child care. Caroline will be working with the Butterfly group in September.

Autumn Term Fees

The new hourly rate for the school year 2010/2011 is £4.50 per hour

9:00am - 12:00pm - £13.50 per session (3hrs @ £4.50 per hour)
12:00pm - 3:00pm - £13.50 per session (3hrs @ £4.50 per hour)
9:00am - 1:00pm   - £18.00 per session (4hrs @ £4.50 per hour)
9:00am - 3:00pm   - £27.00 per day (6hrs @£4.50 per hour)

EARLY YEARS FUNDING

The way your child's place is funded will change from September 2010. The funding is increasing from 12.5hrs max per week to 15hrs max per week. There are no changes to the age at which you can claim the funding. All children are eligible for funding from the term after their 3rd birthday. In order to qualify for funding for the autumn term 2010 your child must have turned 3 by 31st August 2010. I am offering funding over a max of 3 mornings and 2 afternoon sessions (15 hours max) for 38 weeks per year. This is the maximum number of weeks that funding is available the autumn term is 14 weeks.

Funding for the autumn term 2010 is a max of 15 hours per week over 3 morning sessions and 2 afternoon sessions x 14 weeks. Any hours above the 15hrs per week will be charged at the normal hourly rate. If you have any concerns with any of the above please let me know.

EXAMPLE OF FUNDED HOURS

3 mornings 9.00am - 12.00pm + 2 afternoons 12:00pm -3.00pm

3 mornings + lunch hour 9.00am - 1.00pm + 1 afternoon 12:00pm - 3.00pm

2 full days 9.00am - 3.00pm + 1 morning or 1 afternoon session                                      (9.00am -12.00pm or 12.00pm -3.00pm)
